BRD launches the Habitat Verde mortgage loan
The Romanian Council for Green Buildings (RoGBC) became the partner of BRD Groupe Societe Generale. Through this strategic partnership, BRD will provide the Habitat Verde real estate loan with lower interest rates for the acquisition of Green Homes by RoGBC certified real estate.

Buyers of a green home will also be able to enjoy benefits such as: a high quality home, with lower maintenance costs, healthy and environmentally friendly.
"Launched in 2014, the Green Homes & Green Mortgage program now extends to 17 countries through the international SMARTER finance for families initiative, which encourages the development of green financing solutions. We are glad that BRD has joined the program through the Habitat Verde mortgage loan for green homes certified by Romania Green Building Council ”said Dr. Ec. Monica Ardeleanu, Executive Director, Romania Green Building Council.
